*Winemaking: Hand harvest form parcel to parcel/ Sorting/ Cold maceration and aeration/ Alcoholic fermentation in barrels at 15-18°C/ MLF in barrels/ Aged 7-8 mo. in fine oak Allier & Nevers/ 5% new oak/ Stirring on lees once a week.
*Story: Pierre was the Culture Chef at Vidal-Fleury and Guigal, before he had his first vision at La Turque plot in Côte-Rôtie (C.Brune). His boss advised against it, but Pierre moved along with his passion. In time he built his 30 ha. vineyards from Côte Rôtie to the south Cornas.
