Riesling GG, Weingut Lehnert-Veit, Mosel
A 'Grosses Gewachs' or Grand Cru vineyard, Goldtröpfchen is a deep fine slate shale bed which gives large-scaled wines with yellow-fruit flavours, and this has ripe nectarine, peach and apricot in abundance, all with a lively citrus undertow. Matured in barrel, it has fine depth and length. - Lea & Sandeman.
