Escargots can be mysterious to many, but they are a culinary wonder. The taste is almost impossible to describe. The texture can be overwhelming, rubbery and slimy, not glamorous l would say, even so, why are they so popular in many restaurants? Because they taste so good!, they all depend on the Chef, it is actually the ingredients that are prepared that give the taste...without neglecting the presentation, the ambiance and the experience overall.

I paired them with Crémant de Limoux, the refreshing sparkling cuts the grease and pairs wonderfully with. Try it!
