Carmanère-Syrah, Abolengo-Cachapoal Valley

The Mandalorian of the Cachapoal Valley. Four years ago, in a Chilean Valley far, far away Carmanère-Syrah blend with only 1,500 bottles have been released by winemaker Abolengo.

The wine comes into focus with aeration, revealing aromas of cooked cherries melted into coffee beans.

In the company of Baby Yoda, this wine will go distance.
